Our corn comes from contract growers we audit each season — non-GMO certified, traceable to the lot. The kernels reach the mill in sealed totes, go through expelling, and are then refined by physical means only — no hexane, no caustic soda, no bleaching earth that strips flavour.
The result is an oil that keeps the corn's gentle character: a wisp of grain-sweet aroma, a clear pale gold body, and a smoke point that lets it work as hard as you do.
