— About this oil

What's in the bottle.

Vasundhara Double Filtered peanut oil is a perfect combination of purity, rich taste, flavour and freshness. For decades, our peanut oil has been made from superior-quality peanuts procured from the Saurashtra region of Gujarat — processed without any use of chemicals, then double filtered and hygienically packed.

Peanut oil is a popular oil commonly used in cooking, especially when frying foods. It has a clean flavour, a high smoke point, and a wholesome natural aroma that defines Gujarati and South-Indian kitchens. Vasundhara peanut oil keeps that traditional character intact — pressed gently, filtered twice, sealed fresh.

Why this oil.

Pressed gently, never chemically refined. What you taste — and what your body gets — is exactly what the seed gave up.

From Saurashtra to your pan.

Saurashtra's red earth is what makes a groundnut taste like one. The farming cooperative we've worked with since 1989 tends fields between Junagadh and Amreli — the same families, the same soil, just better seed varieties now than when we started.

Lots arrive at our mill within 48 hours of being shelled. We cold-press the same day, filter twice, and bottle inside a closed loop. No middleman. No mixing. No mystery.
